CVI manages four funds that invest in corporate debt with various credit risk profiles.

One of the biggest corporate bond funds in Poland with assets in excess of EUR 570m. It invests both on the public market and on the private debt market, mainly providing senior, junior and unitranche financing.

A vehicle through which CVI implements the private debt strategy in CEE/ SEE region. Currently the assets under management are over EUR 75m. The fund invests in private debt formula, mainly providing senior and junior financing.

A fund with assets of EUR 125m. It provides mezzanine financing, but can also do the private equity investment. The geographical scope covers Poland and other CEE countries.

The fund invests in companies undergoing restructuring, being in special situations or other projects with high risk profile. The fund’s assets are EUR 25m, while the geographical scope is limited to Poland.
